I've been making Hot Sauce for many years, slowly refining and perfecting my recipes and home grown chilli varieties. The story began with a trip to Jamaica to see my wife's family. Jamaican food is full of flavour, variety and often seasoned with scotch bonnet peppers. I loved it! My wife however, might be the only Jamaican in the world who does not like spicy food! So I decided to make my own sauce, to get the right spice level with plenty of flavour. After receiving rave reviews from friends and family, I have decided to share my hot sauce with the world. Lovingly crafted with the finest ingredients here in Hairini, Tauranga.
